Triumph and Barbour team up

to create a new custom Scrambler…

Take a standard 900cc Triumph Scrambler, add a hint of bespoke tailoring from Barbour – all styled by custom bike builders, Spirit of the 70s – and this is what you've got:

This is a one-off creation, with realigned front forks, sawn-off ‘Enduro’ exhaust and Barbour waxed cotton on the seat. Polished chrome decal on the tank and retro-fitted, high performance shocks finish the look.

Other notable enhancements to the bike include mini LED indicators front and rear; Spirit carbon mudguards; motocross-style handlebars; Bates-style headlight and an LED brakelight; Oury grips and a shortened rear frame. Paintwork was designed by Spirit of the 70s and created by D-Lucks of Brighton.

The bike will be unveiled at the Triumph-sponsored BSMC III event (www.TheBikeShed.cc), teaser video here: http://vimeo.com/92252471, which takes place at Tobacco Dock, London, on 24/25 May.

Tickets for the BSMC III can be purchased here: http://thebikeshed.cc/product/bsmc-iii-2014-event-ticket/

Following its unveiling at the BSMC III, the bike will be available for viewing at Triumph Live which takes place on 12 July 2014 at Gaydon Heritage Motor Centre (www.triumph-live.co.uk).
