Shipping Policies

• All Wemoto orders are sent directly from our UK warehouse.


• We use Royal Mail 1st Class Post, and DPD for all shipments.


• Royal Mail 1st Class Post is subject to the total weight of the consignment being less than 2kg. While the 1st Class service usually takes approximately 3 days to arrive from the date of dispatch, we must allow 7 working days before we can investigate a missing parcel.


• DPD is a Next Day service. While the majority of orders are delivered the next day, we are only able to intervene and investigate missing/undelivered parcels after 2 working days. This is in line with DPDs terms and conditions.


• Orders below the value of £5 are granted free Royal Mail 1st Class shipping wihtin mainland UK. Orders over £175 are granted free standard DPD shipping within mainland UK. If you wish to upgrade to a pre 12pm DPD service, the full fee will need to be paid

• Some large or heavy items, such as tyres, batteries, and screens, cannot be shipped outside the UK.


• Delivery times may vary due to factors like the order placement time, dispatch time, and external conditions beyond our control.


• International shipping charges are based on quotes provided by shipping companies and are subject to change. In rare instances, we may need to contact customers to arrange additional payment. While this doesn't occur frequently, it may happen.

• Sent via Royal Mail's 'Air Signed and Tracked' or 'Air Sign For' services.
