Brake Seal Kits

TRK brake seal kits are specifically made for the motorcycle they are designed for, so you can rest assured that you will have the correct parts for your machine when you order the relevant kit. The kit components, like all TRK products, are of the highest quality such as EPDM rubber which is resistant to brake fluid and heat. Each kit contains red rubber grease to make the job easier, along with the requisite brake piston seals, caliper joint seals and shaft boots. Where available TRK use copper banjo washers and stainless steel bleeders for extra quality assurance.

Each caliper piston and seal kit has a complementary red rubber grease sachet. Red rubber grease is a good choice for brake pistons because it helps prevent sticking and ensures smooth operation, and it's resistant to heat, water, and chemicals: 

  • Prevents sticking: Red rubber grease is often used in brake system assembly to help prevent brake caliper sticking. 
  • Preserves rubber: Red rubber grease is designed to preserve rubber and help prevent it from deteriorating and cracking over time. 
  • Lubricates: Red rubber grease provides great levels of lubrication. 
  • Compatible with brake fluids: Red rubber grease is compatible with DOT3/4 and 5.1 brake fluids.

Caliper Piston Kits

TRK pistons are manufactured from high grade stainless steel and thus guaranteed against corrosion for their entire lifetime. Purpose made to fit the specific model and brake set up of each motorcycle, they contain the seals and boots needed for that replacement job
